As the lead designer on this project, I was tasked with updating the cover designs for Bluerock annual and semi-annual reports to be used across multiple Bluerock products. This cover needed to work for multiple products, have a consistent design, and would be updated semi-annually for years to come. The previous cover design was busy with outdated imagery. The new cover includes a new graphic that provides movement, mixed with pops of color and simple typography treatment to provide a refreshing look. The simple pops of color and logo distinguish each product cover apart from each other, while keeping a consistent design otherwise.
